Art Submission and Contest Rules
1. Contact earth creations at ec-artist@earthcreations.net with the following information: name, email, phone, and mailing address.
2. We will contact you with our digital guidelines packet and templates (see below):
a. Please if possible use the tee templates to place your art on the pictured T-shirt using earth creations T-shirt colors. Also, we prefer a digital file but don't let that discourage you. We will consider original drawings as well. Please scan them and send them to us.
b. We prefer no more than 4-spot colors. Please see our digital catalogues for the types of art placement we are capable of printing. SS 2011 Imprinted Catalog | FW 2011 Clothing Catalog
c.You will receive an email confirmation once we receive your design and approve it for posting.

d. Reasons for rejection:
- Copyright infringement
- Artwork is inappropriate or offensive
- Corrupt submission files
3. Do some brainstorming, sketching, and then create your masterpiece. Keep in mind this is a T-shirt contest specifically to raise awareness and money for the Gulf Coast of the United States. Please use your talents to inspire people to do their part and to offer hope.
4. Submit art files to ec-artist@earthcreations.net. Files will be accepted from October 1, 2010, until October 31, 2010.
5. Include the following information with your art submission:
a. Name of the piece of art.
b. Your contact information, including name, email, phone, and mailing address so we may notify you if you win.
c. A short bio and/or description of the submitted work.
6. The earth creations community, as well as your friends and family, may vote on your submitted art from November 1, 2010, until November 15, 2010. To vote, register at www.earthcreations.net.
7. If your art is selected, you will win: a) $500 in cash, b) $100 earth creations gift certificate, and c) $200 donation to your favorite Gulf Coast oil spill-related non-profit organization.
8. The winner will be chosen by the number of votes and the rank of the rates overall. Fraudulent voting is tracked and will not be allowed for the overall rank of your design.
9. The winning art will be printed on one of our organic, clay-dyed T-shirts and offered for sale beginning November 22, 2010
