Information such as your name, address, credit card, phone number and email address is only used to communicate with you. We do not share, sell, or trade e-mail addresses or any information about you or your household; nor do we release credit card data for use by other companies. We do not participate in or contribute to cooperative or shared databases that give other companies access to information. |

Order Lead Time
Orders are typically dispatched 3 to 7 working days from the receipt of the order. If we are temporarily out of stock on an item, we will promptly notify you via email. |

Shipping
Within the USA, standard shipping is by Priority Mail (US postal service), UPS ground services, or FedEx ground services, whatever is most cost effective. Shipping by these methods may take anywhere from 1 to 7 business days, depending on the destination of your shipment. To cover shipping costs,
shipping charges are as follows:
We ship USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise noted. Expedited shipping methods (FedEx or UPS 3 Day Select, 2 Day Air, and Next Day Air) are available. We will email you with shipping costs once we receive your order. For Alaska or Hawaii destinations, 3 Day Select and 2 Day Air services are not available and orders may be shipped by US Express Mail.
Because P.O. Boxes do not accept larger items, and because UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, shipping of more than two items must be to a physical address.

Orders with shipping addresses outside the USA
If the order is to be shipped to a country outside the USA, actual shipping charges will be applied. Orders will be shipped using US postal service (Global Priority Mail) or FedEx International Economy. Shipping charges are different for each country. A charge of $10 to $15 per item may be expected. Once we receive your order we will email you with the shipping amount. The customer is responsible for paying all customs and duties with their respective government. |

Our goal at earth creations is to provide unique, high-quality products that exceed your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to a manufacturing defect, we will be more than happy to exchange an item or refund your credit card (upon receipt of the item). |

Exchange/Returns with a shipping address within the USA
Return Form All items sent for exchange or return must be in their original shape and form (not worn or washed) with the hang-tag still attached. Items must be sent back within 30 days from the date of purchase (date on invoice) with a copy of the invoice. Before sending the garment back to us, please give us a call at 800-792-9868 or email us by clicking here with a reason for the return/exchange and to request a return authorization. Items without return authorization may not be accepted for exchange or return. If you are concerned about the item reaching us, we suggest you insure the item before sending it. Your credit card will be credited upon receipt and inspection of the goods. Ship item(s) to: Exchanges/Returns, Earth Creations, 3056 Mountainview Way, Bessemer, AL 35020. For exchanges (exchange of size or style),
please include a check to cover the shipping
cost back to you, and indicate to which address you want the exchange sent and for what
you want the item exchanged.
If applicable, your credit card will be credited upon the receipt of
goods from you. To calculate the
check amount for the return freight, please use the following table:
For returns, please call 800-792-9868 and
state the reason for the return to receive a return
authorization. Your credit card will be credited upon the receipt of
the goods. Items purchased
at retailers other than www.earthcreations.net
can be exchanged for a different size (follow the instructions for exchanges),
however, they cannot be exchanged for a different style or returned to earth
creations for credit. Please return the items for credit at the store where you
