Receiving your order

Orders are typically dispatched 3-to-7 business days from the receipt of the order.  If we are temporarily out of stock on an item, we will promptly notify you via email. We typically ship by Priority or First Class Mail (U.S. Postal Service). If you need your order sooner than two weeks from the date you placed it, please notify us in the note section of your order. Be sure to include the exact date you need the order to arrive.


Shipping within the United States

For our purposes, shipping within the United States includes Alaska and Hawaii but excludes all other U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico).


Within the United States, our standard shipping is either Priority Mail (U.S. Postal Service), or FedEx Smart Post, whichever is most cost effective. Shipping by these methods may take anywhere from 3-to-10 business days for USPS or UPS.  FedEx SmartPost may take an extra 3 days in transit.  Shipping transit times are approximate depending upon the destination of your shipment.

Expedited shipping methods (FedEx or UPS 3-Day Select, 2-Day Air, and Next-Day Air) are available. If you would like expedited shipping, we will email you regarding shipping costs once we receive your order. For destinations in Alaska or Hawaii, 3-Day Select and 2-Day Air services are not available, but orders may be shipped by U.S. Express Mail.

Please note: Because P.O. boxes do not accept large items and because UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, we must ship orders of more than two items to a physical address.

Shipping to Canada

Orders to Canada are usually sent via U.S. Postal Service with the following shipping charges:

Please note: There is a $1,000 limit on retail orders to Canada. Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes.

Shipping to other countries

earth creations ships to most, but not all, countries in the world. Most orders are shipped via postal service. The customer is responsible for paying all customs and duties with their respective government.


Please note: There is a $1,000 limit on retail orders shipped to destinations outside the United States.

Our goal at earth creations is to provide unique, high-quality clothing that exceeds your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to a manufacturing defect, we will be more than happy to exchange an item or refund your credit card (upon receipt of the item). Returns for credit are limited on some closeout items.



Exchanges/returns with a U.S. shipping address

Our process is simple. No need to worry; no need to call. Just download and follow the easy instructions on our Exchange/Return Form. Here are a few additional tips:


  • All items sent for exchange or return must be in their original shape and form (not worn or washed) with the hang tag or sticky info label still attached.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date (date on invoice) along with a copy of the invoice.
  • We strongly suggest that you insure the item before sending it. We also recommend you use a traceable method such as UPS, delivery confirmation with the U.S. Postal Service, or FedEx. We cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail.

For exchanges (of size or style), we will credit the original method of payment for the items returned to us upon reciept.  We will then treat the exchange order as a new order. Please indicate to which address you want the exchange sent, and for what you want the item exchanged.

Exchanging/returning an item not purchased directly from earth creations

The ideal situation is to return the item to the place it was purchased. If that is not possible, and you simply need a different size, we can help. Return the item directly to us and let us know what size you need. Our sizing chart will help you to determine your size. If the item was custom-made for a retailer, however, we won’t be able to exchange it. We also cannot exchange an item for a different style. If you prefer credit, please return the item to the store where you purchased the garment(s).


Exchanges/returns with a shipping address outside the United States

Due to the cost of shipping and the difficulties with custom regulations, we cannot accept exchanges or returns from outside the United States. All purchases are final. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
